MARINE TRANSSHIPMENT ACTIVITIES
The Company was engaged in the coal transshipment business utilizing a vessel named MV Parameswara which undertook coal transshipment activities on the high seas off the island of Kalimantan discharging coal from Barges and immediately loading the same coal into Bulk Vessels of size ranging from Panamax to Cape-size Vessels. These activities entailed the engagement of a skilled crew, and experienced stevedores in all sea conditions bar heavy weather conditions. These activities ceased upon the sale of the vessel to a third party.

PROPERTY ASSET
PTTL built, owns, and manages the GRH@ HRH, a 5-story building located at Jalan Lebak Bulus Raya No. 20, South Jakarta which is leased to third parties and houses PTTL’s Head Office on the 3rd floor. The building is conveniently accessed to the Lebak Bulus MRT Station.
Our tenants are of varied business activities.

PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
PTTL, having gained experience in the construction of our building has determined that it is ready to consider property development and construction activities. It continuously looks for and assesses landed areas to bring a novel approach to the construction of and design of buildings including housing development. PTTL is convinced that better-designed housing is overdue. It anticipates to embark on housing development activities this current year. PTTL shall bring novel and new concepts to the house-hungry population in Jakarta and later elsewhere.

COCONUT SECTOR
PTTL intends in 2023/4, to invest in a range of activities embracing the processing and manufacturing activities embracing products emerging from the coconut tree and in associated agricultural activities.
