Malaysian, 62 years old, appointed as a President Commissioner sinceJune 30th, 2011. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UK (1982) and a MBA in marketing from City University Business School, London (1983). He has trained extensively in Singapore, US and Canada and has also attended the special Advanced Management Training Course conducted jointly by Harvard University and Ernst & Young International. He joined Ernst & Young Indonesia prior to the Asian economic crisis as senior partner and Head of Corporate Finance and is now an independent financial consultant based in Jakarta.

Indonesian Citizen, 44 years old, appointed as a Commissioner since June 18th, 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Maryland University –Robert Hilton Smith School of Business (1998) and a Master of Business Administration degree from American University –Kogod Business School (1999). He started his career as an advisor at PT Widari Securities from December 1999 until June 2000. Since June 2000 until December 2000, he was appointed as a Commissioner in PT Widari Securities then thereafter as a Director in PT Madani Securities until June 2009. Currently he also is listed as a member of Parliament of theRepublic of Indonesia (DPR-RI).
HARUN BIN HALIM RASIP
Malaysian, 67 years old, appointed as a President Director since on 24 May 2007 as nominee of Integrax Berhad and currently as nominee of Equatorex Sdn Bhd. He graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting). He then articled with Price Waterhouse in Perth, Western Australia for admission to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He thereafter led business development and financial management in various activities in the oil and gas, manufacturing, and services sectors for a family-owned group of companies and in the last decade funded and developed two ports in West Malaysia and held theposition of Chief Executive Officer / Chairman of Integrax Berhad, a Malaysian listed company,until 2011. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
MOHD SOFIAN BIN JAAFAR
Malaysian Citizen, 68 years old, appointed as Director since on June 24th, 2022. He holds a Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, United States of America and a Master’s Degree in Business Administrator from University of Detroit, United States of America. He joined Messrs Ernst & Young as an Senior Auditor from 1987 to mid 1990. Subsequently, he joined Projek Labuh Raya Utara - Selatan Berhad as Analyst/financial Officer until late 1990 and then He joined Utama Merchant Bank Berhad as an Senior Manager until late 1999 with late position as Corporate Finance. Subsequently, from late 1999 until late 2001 he worked freelance as a Corporate Consultant.From late 2001 until 2011 he was appointed as Director in Integrax Berhad Group: Integrax Berhad, PT Tanah Laut Tbk and Philippines Gold & Nickel Corporation, Inc. From 2012 until 2018 as Corporate Advisor in London Nusantara Plantations Plc. Currently he is a Corporate Advisory and Business Consultant.
